1. Eligibility & Intended Use

WorkGeniusPro is designed exclusively for companies, organizations, and teams. It is not intended for individual, personal, or consumer use.

By using WorkGeniusPro, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a business or organization.

Each subscription is licensed to one organization only.

2. Account Registration
  • You must provide accurate company information.
  • Free email domains (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo) may be restricted or require verification.
  • One trial or subscription per organization is permitted.
  • We reserve the right to approve, deny, or suspend accounts at our discretion.
3. Free Trial

WorkGeniusPro may offer a 7-day free trial.

Trial Conditions:

  • A valid payment method is required to start the trial.
  • No charges will be made during the trial period.
  • Billing begins automatically after 7 days unless the subscription is cancelled before the trial ends.
  • Trials are limited to one per organization.

Trial Limits:

During the trial period, usage may be limited, including but not limited to:

  • AI actions or credits
  • Number of users
  • Automations or workflows
  • Exports or integrations

Trial limits exist to prevent abuse and ensure fair access.

4. Subscription & Billing
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, as selected at checkout.
  • Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time to stop future billing.
  • Annual subscriptions are prepaid and provide access for the full term.
5. Refund Policy

All payments are strictly non-refundable.

By completing your purchase, you explicitly agree to this no-refund policy.

  • We do not offer refunds for partial months, unused time, unused features, or any other reason.
  • Annual plans are prepaid in full and are entirely non-refundable.
  • Monthly plans are non-refundable for the current billing period.
  • Cancelling a subscription stops future billing but does not result in a refund for any past charges.
  • Termination of your account for any reason — including violations of these Terms — does not entitle you to a refund.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes filed against valid charges may result in permanent account suspension.

6. Fair Use Policy

WorkGeniusPro offers unlimited users and usage under a Fair Use Policy.

"Unlimited" means usage that is:

  • Reasonable
  • Non-automated
  • For internal business operations
  • Consistent with intended product functionality

Prohibited Use Includes:

  • Automated scraping or bulk extraction
  • Reselling or offering WorkGeniusPro as a service
  • Excessive or abusive system consumption
  • Circumventing usage limits or safeguards

We reserve the right to:

  • Throttle usage
  • Temporarily restrict features
  • Suspend or terminate accounts for abuse
7. Usage Monitoring & Throttling

To protect platform stability:

  • Usage is continuously monitored
  • Invisible throttles may be applied when abnormal activity is detected
  • Throttling may reduce speed or availability without notice

These measures are designed to protect all customers and maintain service quality.

8. Demo Requests

WorkGeniusPro offers demo-based onboarding for companies.

  • You may request a demo through our website.
  • We reserve the right to qualify demo requests.
9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • Abuse or misuse is detected
  • Payment fails or is reversed
  • Activity poses risk to the platform or other customers

Termination does not entitle the user to a refund.

10. Changes to the Service

We may update features, limits, or policies from time to time.

Material changes will be reflected on this page.
