WorkGeniusPro does not offer refunds. All subscriptions are billed in advance.
- Monthly plans may be cancelled to stop future billing.
- Annual plans are prepaid and non-refundable.
- No refunds are issued for unused time, downgrades, or early cancellations.
By subscribing, you agree to this policy.
How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your account
- Go to Settings → Subscription Management
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Duplicate or erroneous charges (we'll credit your account instead)
- Charges from accounts that violated our Terms of Service
- Subscription renewals
- Additional services or features purchased separately
