Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

WorkGeniusPro is committed to making our platform accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for all and applying the relevant accessibility standards to help us reach this goal.

Conformance status

We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities. Conformance to these guidelines is an ongoing effort, and parts of our platform are still being evaluated and improved.

Measures we take

  • Use accessible UI components built on Radix primitives (ARIA roles, keyboard support, focus management).
  • Provide a "Skip to main content" link on every page for keyboard and screen-reader users.
  • Enforce a visible keyboard focus indicator across the application.
  • Include a built-in accessibility checker for emails and proposals to catch issues before sending.
  • Maintain semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy and landmarks.
  • Set the page language (lang="en") for assistive technologies.

Known limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, some areas are still being improved:

  • Some icon-only buttons in custom dashboards may not yet have descriptive aria-labels.
  • Color contrast on certain dark-theme surfaces is being measured against the 4.5:1 ratio requirement.
  • Drag-and-drop interfaces (kanban boards, pipelines) may be difficult to operate with a keyboard alone.
  • Third-party embedded content (videos, maps) may have accessibility gaps outside our control.

Compatibility with browsers and assistive technology

WorkGeniusPro is designed to be compatible with the latest versions of major browsers and commonly used assistive technologies, including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver. We test on the most recent stable versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

Approach to assessment

We evaluate accessibility using a combination of automated rule-based checks (our built-in content checker), manual keyboard-only testing, and structured reviews of key workflows. Formal third-party audits are planned as part of our roadmap.

Feedback and contact

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of WorkGeniusPro. If you encounter an accessibility barrier or have a suggestion, please let us know so we can prioritize a fix.

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 2 business days.

Formal complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the relevant authority in your jurisdiction. In the United States, this is the Department of Justice (ADA.gov); in Canada, the relevant provincial human rights commission; and in the EU, your national accessibility regulator under the European Accessibility Act.
