Important Clarification on "AI Training"
WorkGeniusPro does not use a pre-trained ML model that was built on other companies' data. Instead, it uses a rules-based signal engine combined with a large language model (LLM) that reasons over your own live data in real time. This means predictions are always grounded in your actual client data — not statistical patterns from unrelated datasets.
Each client is evaluated against a set of weighted signals across 5 data categories. Signals add or subtract from a base score of 75. The final score is clamped between 0–100.
Health Score
Composite score. 70+ = healthy. 40–69 = at risk. Below 40 = critical.
Churn Risk %
Probability of churn in the next 90 days based on all signals.
